Prep the Mangoes
Peel and dice fresh mangoes. Use ripe ones for the best flavour and texture. Avoid using fibrous mangoes.

Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Add the butter to your baking dish and let it melt in the oven while it preheats.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk and vanilla extract gradually. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
