1 large potato, 1/4 cup grated onion, 1/4 cup potato starch, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 cup oil
To prepare this wholesome breakfast delight easily at home, start by combining 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice, 1 chopped green onion, 1 sliced jalapeño, and 1/4 cup of thinly sliced onion.
