Blue Smoke Celebration In Warzone: IDF's 'Gaza Blast Video' Sparks Backlash

A video showing Israeli soldiers allegedly celebrating a gender reveal party while detonating a building in Gaza has sparked backlash from users online. The video shows blue smoke emanating from the building as it is blown up in an alleged IDF strike. As blue smoke rises up from the structure, soldiers can be heard shouting, "It's a boy!" followed by laughter.

The video was posted by Suppressed News on X. "In a new display of depravity, the Israeli occupation army held a 'gender reveal party' by blowing up residential buildings and using the explosion’s color to reveal the gender of a newborn Israeli baby," the caption read. Times Now has not been able to verify the authenticity of the video.

The video comes amidst escalating military conflict between Israel and Hamas, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announcing a controversial plan to annex Gaza Strip completely and indefinitely, as per an Associated Press report.

The plan also includes the possible relocation of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in southern Gaza, which raises the spectre of a dire humanitarian crisis.

Since the end of a ceasefire with Hamas in mid-March, Israel has intensified its military operations. Heavy strikes across the Gaza enclave has resulted in hundreds of casualties.
