Apart from ‘Operation Sindoor’ itself, it seems like Indian Army’s Former Chief of Army Staff Manoj Mukund Naravane’s X post single-handedly left Indians more ‘curious and excited’. Taking to his social media handle, the Ex-Army Chief shared that the ‘picture’ was far from over. “Abhi Picture Baki Hai (The Movie’s not over yet),” Naravane’s post read. The ‘dialogue delivery’ came against the backdrop of Operation Sindoor, a ‘precise strike’ that the Indian Armed Forces launched against Pakistan and the Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir on May 07, Wednesday. As per the operation, India attacked terrorist infrastructures, the news of which was released by the Government at around 1:44 AM in the early morning. The ‘focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature’ attacks targeted ‘nine sites’. For context, the entire matter rapidly escalated after the horrific Pahalgam attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baisaran meadow took 26 lives on April 22.
The attack was reportedly executed by terrorists who were allegedly dressed in ‘camouflage fatigues’. As per reports, the responsibility of the tragedy was later taken by The Resistance Front (TRF)- an offshoot of the terror group LeT.
Coming back to Naravane’s social media post, it began to go viral soon after getting shared. Most passed all the ‘luck’ to the Indian Army, while the rest praised the ‘brave soldiers’ for their planning and execution. Some also expressed curiosity about the ‘possibility of more attacks’.
The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the handle ‘Manoj Mukund Naravane’. The post was shared s days ago and pulled more than 161K views from people.
