Until his new home is complete, Hrithik resides in a rented bungalow in Juhu, reportedly paying Rs 8.25 lakh per month.

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, one of India’s most admired and bankable actors, is preparing to move into a sprawling 38,000-square-foot sky villa atop Mannat Apartments on Mumbai’s posh Juhu-Versova Link Road. Purchased in October 2020 for approximately Rs 97.5 crore, the sea-facing property spans the 14th to 16th floors and is currently under custom renovation. The actor has acquired two adjoining units that will be merged into a luxurious triplex, featuring a 6,500 sq ft sky terrace and ten dedicated parking spaces. Not to be confused with Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow of the same name, this Mannat is located in Andheri West.

A Palace in the Sky

Hrithik Roshan, often dubbed the ‘Greek God of Bollywood’, has acquired an opulent residence valued at over Rs 100 crore on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. The property offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea and spans three levels of the Mannat Apartments building. One of the apartments is a duplex across the 15th and 16th floors, while the other occupies the 14th floor.
According to reports by Housing.com and Hindustan Times, the actor paid Rs 67.5 crore for the 27,534 sq ft duplex and Rs 30 crore for the adjoining flat of 11,165 sq ft. These will be unified into a single home with bespoke interiors inspired by the ocean and Roshan’s global travels.

Still in His Sea-Facing Rental

Until his new home is complete, Hrithik resides in a rented bungalow in Juhu, reportedly paying Rs 8.25 lakh per month. This temporary home gained attention during India’s COVID-19 lockdown when Roshan shared glimpses of family life, including playing chess, reading, and piano practice. “If the dampness wasn’t there, then how could the joy of fixing it be experienced?” he famously responded when fans spotted wall patches in his Instagram posts.

A Star’s Humble Origins

Roshan’s journey is also one of overcoming adversity. He recently spoke about his childhood struggles, recalling a time when his family couldn’t afford rent. “We lived apart until my father could afford a house,” he said. “I used to sleep on gaddas and mats.”

A Glimpse into His Lifestyle

Hrithik’s aesthetic is as sophisticated as it is personal. His home features custom elements like a monkey bar, blue carpets, minimal textured walls, framed motivational quotes penned by him, and a pet-friendly layout. There’s even a dedicated gaming room with foosball, billiards and a vending machine.

Other Properties & Passion Projects

The Roshans also own a sprawling property in Lonavala, reportedly spanning five to seven acres and housing an organic farm—a project close to Hrithik’s heart. His father, Rakesh Roshan, has shifted there permanently with his wife and daughter.

Luxury on Four Wheels

Hrithik’s love for luxury extends to his car collection. He owns a Rolls Royce Ghost Series II (Rs 4.5–5 crore), a Mercedes-Benz S-Class (Rs 1.41–2.78 crore), and a Mini Cooper Convertible, ideal for navigating Mumbai traffic. His garage also houses a Maserati Spyder, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and a vintage Ford Mustang, among others.

From humble beginnings to a home in the clouds, Hrithik Roshan’s real estate journey is a testament to persistence, passion, and perfection. As fans await glimpses of his sky villa, one thing is certain: Hrithik’s star continues to rise—this time, quite literally—above Mumbai’s skyline.
