KANGANA RANAUT

Born in a small town, Bhambla, in Himachal Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut has had quite a journey. She left her hometown against the wish of her family to pursue acting at the age of 16 and after struggling for many years, created a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. The actress has won multiple National Awards and is known for her her acting prowess. Kangana made her acting debut in 2006 with Gangster. While she was appreciated for her performance, her real glory came with Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion (2008), for which she won her first National Award. Since then, Kangana has been part of a number of noteworthy films, including Tanu Weds Manu (2011), Queen (2014), Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015), Panga (2020), Thalaivii (2021), and more.

While she is famous for her talent and her craft, Kangana also often grabs eyeballs for her controversial comments on social media, especially about certain people from Bollywood and certain events of national importance. In fact, Twitter even discontinued her account because of one of her sensational tweets about farm laws.
